Our Mission
One of the challenges in medicine today is cardiac arrhythmias. The most common is atrial fibrillation that exists in around 2% of the world’s population. The biggest problem with atrial fibrillation is not the irregular heartbeat, but the blood clots that occur. Studies have shown that about 30% of all strokes are associated with atrial fibrillation.

MedBeat’s device can detect several different arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation. It can be used anywhere – e.g. at home, at work or at training. The device is used to diagnose known symptoms which could prevent future disease such as sudden cardiac death and stroke.
